This clean, sweet coffee comes from the farm of Alejandro Zelaya Andrade. Alejandro entrusts Bella Vista Mill with the careful processing of his coffee. Located in the Antigua region of Guatemala, Alejandro's farm is located at 1,600 meters and is made up of bourbon and caturra varietals.

The cup is exceptionally clean with a round acidity. The dominant flavors are fresh strawberries, root beer and honey. As the cup cools even more fruit notes like juicy plum, lemon curd and caramelized peach come out to play. The complexity is round and layered, making this a very pleasant cup. Highly recommended as espresso as well as drip.
